The Nursing and Multidisciplinary Care Systems Forum is the flagship policy and systems event within the International Festival of Nursing. Bringing together health system leaders, commissioners, workforce agencies and policymakers, the Forum will focus on how multidisciplinary care is planned, funded, governed and delivered across primary care, community health, aged care, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services, and regional and rural settings. Rather than focusing on individual clinical practice, the Forum will explore the systems, workforce models and partnerships that enable high-quality, sustainable care at scale. 

An Observation Gallery will also be available, allowing nurses and other Festival delegates to observe key discussions and gain insight into the policy, funding and workforce decisions that shape health care delivery.
