Nurse Employers Forum
The Nurse Employers Forum is an exclusive leadership forum for organisations that employ nurses across primary care, community health and aged care settings. Bringing together health service executives, practice owners, workforce planners and senior decision-makers, the Forum will focus on the opportunities and challenges facing nurse employers, including workforce sustainability, recruitment, retention, scope of practice and emerging models of care.
Through employer-led case studies, practical examples and facilitated discussion, participants will explore how nursing roles can be optimised to improve workforce outcomes, strengthen multidisciplinary care and deliver greater value for patients, communities and organisations.
